Rental

Should you wish to let your apartment and not just keep it as a family holiday home Bansko Property Managers Ltd. can offer you complete rental management:

• Negotiating with tour operators, travel agencies etc. to include your apartment in their offerings
  
• Advertising your apartment on the internet
  
• Cleaning your apartment before and after rentals
  
• Organising airport transfers
  
• Meeting your guests upon arrival and providing them with a Bansko tourist guide
  
• Registration of the guest with the local police as required by Bulgarian law
  
• Changing and washing bed sheets, linen, towels etc.
  
• Complete apartment maintenance and organising all necessary repairs in your apartment
  
• Collecting guests' payments.
  
• Payment of all bills on your behalf (telephone, cable TV, electricity, annual property taxes etc.)
  
• Transferring rental income to your bank account on a regular basis
